Chris Muscatello is the Founder and Owner of Nash Rentals, a Nashville short-term rental company with a deliberately narrow focus: four-bedroom homes, in one city, done exceptionally well. A University of Tennessee business graduate and longtime real estate investor, Chris built the company from an owner's point of view, to maximize revenue, protect the asset, and make ownership genuinely passive.
